Founder and President
Nicki Weiss, PCC, CPCC, CSP, is an internationally recognized Certified Professional Sales and Leadership Coach, Master Trainer, consultant, strategist, thought leader, speaker and facilitator.
Nicki has won numerous awards, training and coaching more than 30,000 business leaders, managers, sales teams and reps. She has a particular passion for helping B2B sales teams selling in technical fields to achieve aggressive goals through culture-building and advanced sales training.
Nicki is the leadership and sales consultant for nine U.S. business associations, and the brainchild and facilitator behind the award-winning “It’s Your Business… Let’s Talk” monthly teleforum programs.
Committed to leading a purposeful and balanced life, Nicki is the co-chair of two volunteer Boards, an urban beekeeper, duplicate bridge player, founder of and regular participant in her monthly bookclub, a University of Toronto “Backpacks to Briefcase” mentor, and a maniac about leading a healthy, active lifestyle.
Director of Administration and Customer Service
Traci has over 25 years of experience caring for our clients and overseeing our administration, which are essential components of our dynamic business. She is responsible for logistics, ensuring our technology works smoothly, and admin-related client service. Traci’s “can-do” attitude fits in perfectly with our purpose of cultivating a culture of healthy relationships, high performance and strong results. In her spare time, Traci enjoys regular exercise, walking her dog and spending time with her family.
